Perhaps you should talk to your doctors and be open and honest with them.I find it is good to write down things I wish to discuss with my dr even though I get along very wll with her. That way I do not forget anything. If you are taking meds for your condition perhaps they need to

be adjusted does your dr know you only have one meal a day?

I just started today i ate one meal and through up the other iam afraid because i have done things on a impulse before and have not stopped

Calm down.

Everything's okay.

Go put on some music that will calm you down. When you're calm, tell yourself that even if you are sad, that you are okay. Even if you are anxious, life is still okay. Not perfect, but okay. It's okay to improve your life and gain your independence even if it looks scary. If that means eating a small meal or doing whatever, you're entitled to that.

i just started today but iam afraid i will not be able to stop

i just started withn this behavior today but iam afraid it is going to last i ate imeal threw up other

Just calm yourself down with some music. Your WORRYING is what's making you think it's going to last. That's how worrying works on people's minds. There's absolutely NO good reason why this would last. You have a choice, every second, to make good decisions or bad decisions. Go watch a little TV or listen to some music until your mind is clearer and stronger, and then you'll see that there's no reason this will continue. It's completely your choice, not your mind's choice or your anxiety's choice or your body's choice. It's yours.

I agree with Edahn. It seems more like you are worrying yourself into this, not it actually being there.

IF you do worry too much about it, I would see a medical doctor who might be able to help calm you down and get your thoughts off of it.

Hi,

I think you should tell your doctor about your throwing up. Have you ever done this before? You should know that there are serious consequences if this becomes a pattern. First you need to love yourself and that means taking care of your body. You need to honor it by eating healthy regular meals and enjoying them. You also need to exercise moderately. If you don't feed yourself right then the first thing to suffer is your brain, then your muscles. You can also end up with rotten teeth from the stomach acid wearing the enamel of your teeth. The stomach acid can also cause cause erosions on the wall of your esophagus. I'm telling it to you staight forward so you can understand the damage that you can do.

You wouldn't tolerate someone else hurting you so why do you hurt yourself. Love yourself and treat your body well. Best of luck to you and be strong.
