I can't feel anything. I can't think, i can't feel, life is empty. When i talk, i don't know what's going to come out of my mouth, it just comes out. I can't feel a single emotion, joy, sadness, anger. I'd give anything just to feel something.
I can't even think. my body can't move very well, i'm losing it. There's a voice in the back of my head, thinking for me... but it isn't my voice. i'm numb in my mind. Does anybody know what's going on with me? could this be a disorder? please help me, please!

While I think that you are looking for a disorder that fits these things you have mentioned, there are a few other things I can think of as well.

I have thought of things such as Depression, Schizoaffective, Schizophrenia, etc., but there needs to be much more understood IRL before a diagnosis can be given to a person.

The best thing to do if you feel this way, is seek help immediately. Go to your local ER, or visit with your doc or your T right away. Discuss what you have discussed here.

Also, it would not hurt to journal your thoughts and feelings for a T or a Doc to read. Please seek help as soon as possible, and keep me updated on it.

I really want you to get help and wish the best for you...

Thanks for answering Clyde! I'll deffinetely keep all of you updated on how it's going. Today has been a bit better, I can think a bit more. Going to a doctor is basically impossible without my parents finding out, and that canNOT happen, period. I'm working on talking to my mom about getting a therapist and when I do, I'll ask them.

Thanks for the help, I'll update you here on how everything is going if anything changes!

Leanne, I'm glad you are feeling a bit better now. I think when things appear to be overwhelming, some people do tend to "numb" out, as you described.

There are ways to counter how you think and feel, some by using cognitive behavior therapy. There are ten basic distortions of thought that often gets a human being into what some call "stinking thinking." You can find them in a sticky post at the top of the Psychotherapy forum at www.psychcentral.com (10 Common Cognitive Distortions)

You can also talk to your school counselor, can't you?

Hope you are doing ok today.... And that you have found better ways of coping.
